Plot: Vladimir, a highly skilled but wreckless secret agent, gets a "disciplinary assignment" on an oil rig to give him time to think about (and hopefully correct) his attitude. Instead of chasing the bad guys all over town that really Usually results in a lot of property damage and injuries to civilians, the new assignment has him watching over top-secret material on the platform: Radiuzite.
